Aponisos is the most famous beach of Agistri, and not without reason. Aponisos combines turquoise waters, nature and shade in the pines, sunbeds or absolute freedom on its white straight rocks, games and sports in the water, food in one of the most famous taverns of Agistri and an element of exotic holidays in a very special part of the island. Entrance is 5 euros per person without drinks, with free use of an umbrella and sunbed and a free book that you can take with you when you leave. You can sit on a sunbed on the East, West or North side of the island and enjoy your dives and the wonderful scenery.
Aponisos is essentially a private islet connected to Agistri by a small bridge, resulting in the creation of two beautiful bays on the right and left. This bridge is open for visitors from late spring to mid-October every day, from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., with the exception of private events where one closes the space and continues the fun. The feeling of literally walking and swimming from island to island is very special. It is the hidden secret of the island, and one of the hidden secrets of Argosaronic as a whole.
