Dear citizens of Russia!
With today's speech, I speak at a difficult time – we are all well aware of this – a milestone for our country, in a period of cardinal and irreversible changes around the world. The most important historical events that determine the future of our country and our people, when each of us has a colossal responsibility.
A year ago, for the sake of protecting people in our historic lands, to ensure the security of our country, to eliminate the threat posed by the neo-Nazi regime that has developed in Ukraine. After the 2014 coup, it was decided to carry out a special military operation, and we will decide step by step, carefully and consistently, what we are up against. Notasks.
