Please follow the below instructions to operate your iSee 4:
1. Remove contact lenses before use.
2. Adjust the band to fit.
3. Press the On/Off button to turn on your massager.
4. Select between modes by short press the On/Off button
5. The default time for one session varies from 10 to 15 minutes depending on the massage mode selected. Once the session finishes, the massager will turn off automatically.
6. Press and hold the On/Off button to turn the massager off.
