In this video i am sharing the easy recipe of aloo masala sabji which is used as filling stuff in masala dosa ,the popular south Indian dish .Though it has so many variations i am showing the easiest way of making it.

INGREDIENTS

5 medium boiled potatoes
3 onions sliced
1 tomato roughly chopped
4 green chillis slitted
1 inch ginger chopped
Some curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black lentil split(urad dal)
Half tsp turmeric powder
Half tsp chilli powder
Half tsp cumin powder
1 tsp sambhar masala
Some corriander leaves
Oil 2 tbsp
