A bizarre little game that feels extremely out of time, not just because I'm playing it 16 years later. Bomberman runs, jumps and swims in his quest to defeat Al Qaeda under orders of President Bush, in a bid to revive the video games industry.

Bomberman can choose from 4 different projecties, with certain enemies weak to specific elements. There's no way to replenish ammo, however, not even by dying, and only a couple of bosses can be harmed by stomping them... meaning the game effectively soft-locks if you waste too many shots. While you can return to the main menu at any point, the game's save and load function refused to work for me, so I had to edit the game to recover my progress...!

The game also features secret score attack levels, a battle mode with local and online play (that I couldn't get working), and two videos about voting Republican, for some reason.

This is the "Pro Edition", which supposedly features more levels thant the "Lite Edition" available on the YoYoGames Sandbox.
