After the success of dutch duo, The Limit, with "She's So Divine", Bernard Oattes and Rob van Schaik wrote another track, this time working with Future World Orchestra. Their track "Desire" was a hit for both Future World and The Limit. Another track from the Future World album, "Mission Completed" was "Miracles" released in 1983.

"Miracles" became another hit in the Future World Orchestra album, as The Limit themselves made a cover of their song in 1985 to coincide with their self-titled album (or "Love Attaxx" outside the UK and the EU under Oattes van Schaik). Their own version of "Miracles" was another hit, this time released with Portrait Records on both the LP worldwide and on a 7" and 12" single in the United States.

The Limit's version has become the quintessential rare boogie eurofunk song of the 80s, as it defines the word "classic" in that matter, complete with synths, a funky guitar line, and a sax solo as the cherry on top. Being heavily sampled by future funk producer FIBRE with his track "Supernatural", along with many artists sampling The Limit's music, it has become a staple between DJ's and electronic musicans today.
