Pausing the clock to make a Queen - is it allowed? | Vakhidov vs Harshit Raja | World Blitz 2024

GM Harshit Raja faced a very interesting situation in his game. He was winning against Jakhongir Vakhidov at World Blitz 2024. But he was running out of time and in order to meet the time he promoted his pawn to a queen and paused the clock as there was only a second left. The arbiters were then called to decide if this was allowed or not.
