This is a rare opportunity to join one of Dubai’s most thriving and dynamic semi-government entities as a Social Media Manager. You will have sole responsibility for managing social media accounts and influencing for Government and Ministry events and marketing activities.

This is an Emiratisation role open only to UAE Nationals with a family book or Marsoom. Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the social media accounts for all Government and Ministry related marketing activities and events including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter
• Conceive, create and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns
• Creation of compelling and in-depth content in Arabic
• Developing quarterly content roadmaps
• Liaise with Government entities and Ministries to align all social media messages with their and create mutually supportive campaigns
• Ability to identify social media micro-influencers and work on Influencer Outreach Programmes
• Identify emerging social media platforms

Requirements
• 6+ years of concentrated experience with social media channels and deep understanding of digital marketing; proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion
• UAE National with family book or marsoom
• Experience working in a UAE Government or Ministry
• Deep understanding of the UAE social media scene, culture and trends
• Proven experience working on influencer marketing campaigns
• Fluent in Arabic with good English skills
