A special feature on the Ron Dodd re-magnetizer.

Over time the original magnets fitted to Hornby, Wrenn, Hornby Dublo open frame motors lose their power, which produces poor performance and even burn outs.

Back in 2004 the advice was to move over to super Neo magnets, however these have proved far too strong.

In this video we take a look at the machine and how I have been using it.

It is vital when recharging magnets to do so with the motor and magnet fully assembled! removing the magnet as shown in thjis demo results in the magnet losing power rapidly
