Connecticut organizations, National Guard ready to help in aftermath of Hurricane Helene

Officials have linked Hurricane Helene to at least 40 deaths across four states: Florida, the Carolinas and Georgia. The storm is now a tropical depression. Numerous Connecticut organizations are ready to help, while the Connecticut National Guard is already on scene.
