In this game of Civ 6, I’ve created Pericles perfect map on Civilization VI, adding EVERY city state into the game and filling the map with Canada – the one Civ that can’t attack city states at all…

The goal today is to use the Owls of Minerva to raise my culture to the highest figure we can possibly raise it. It will be big. Trust me.
