Sorceress Sellen is a Merchant and NPC in Elden Ring. Sorceress Sellen can be found in Limgrave, inside Waypoint Ruins which is far east from Elden Ring's starting point. You can learn Sorceries from her.

SORCERESS SELLEN LOCATION IN ELDEN RING
Found standing by a treasure chest within the Waypoint Ruins dwelling in the eastern part of West Limgrave. Players can find her after finishing the dungeon by defeating Mad Pumpkin Head and locating the Site of Grace "Waypoint Ruins Cellar".
Sorceress Sellen can be found kept prisoner at Witchbane Ruins.
Once players have progressed her quest far enough Sellen will appear as a summon sign at the Raya Lucaria Grand Library entrance.

You can choose among the following options while talking to Sorceress Sellen:
Study sorcery: Learn a spell from Sellen in exchange for runes.
Give a scroll: Gives access to learning the sorceries contained within a scroll. When obtaining a scroll, you'll notice it includes one or more sorceries. However, in order to use them they need to be interpreted by a sorcerer, from whom you can then buy them.
Give letter of introduction: After receiving a letter from Preceptor Seluvis, you can talk with her. She will say you must defeat General Radahn in order to restore the movement of the stars.

SORCERESS SELLEN QUESTLINE: HOW TO COMPLETE SORCERESS SELLEN'S QUEST
You can meet her first at the Waypoint Ruins though it's only a spectral body. She will introduce herself as the Graven Witch. Should you accept to study under her teaching, you'll be able to pursue her quest. Learning some new sorceries will unlock more dialogues with her but that's all so far.
After progressing, you'll find Azur, an old Glinstone sorcerer, out the back of Hermit Village that will gives you a sorcery Comet Azur. Go back to Sellen to unlock the next part of her quest.
Sellen will ask you to find another sorcerer, Master Lusat locked away in the Sellia Hideaway in Caelid, behind an arcane ward in the second pit. You can locate the pit by finding a snail on a crystal.
Return to Sellen after defeating Starscourge Radahn. She will request that you meet her in person at the Witchbane Ruins where she will give you Sellen's Primal Glintstone.
Travel to Redmane Castle where Jerren is now in the throne room and exhaust his dialogue. If all dialogue was previously exhausted he may not appear here and you can skip the Redmane Castle visit. You will find Jerren again at the Witchbane Ruins in the room with Sellen. Once again, exhaust his dialogue to progress.
Journey to the Three Sisters to some ruins between Ranni's Rise and Renna's Rise. You will find the ruins have an illusory floor.
In here, there is an illusory wall in the basement next to a sign that says "Don't Touch". On the other side is Sellen's body you can give the Primal Glintstone to. After talking to her here she will resume selling sorceries at this location, and will have disappeared from the Waypoint Ruins.
Fast travel to Raya Lucaria Grand Library grace. Take the exit to find two summon signs.
If you summon to assist Sellen:
Defeating Jerren will reward you the Eccentric Set.
Exhaust Sellen's dialog to receive the Glintstone Kris, and have Shard Spiral added to her shop. If you did the step to find Lusat then you can reload the area by resting to see her transformation. Next to her will be the Witch's Glintstone Crown. Rennala will be back in her original place as well.
Sellen will stay in the Grand Library in place of Rennala until you have found Lusat. Once found, return to Sellen, exhaust her dialog, then reload the area for Sellen to transform and for Rennala to return.
After Sellen's transformation, you can re-visit the bodies of Azur and Lusat to receive the Azur's Glintstone Set and Lusat's set, respectively.
If you summon to challenge Sellen:
Defeating Sellen will reward you the Witch's Glintstone Crown and Sellen's Bell Bearing.
Jerren gives you an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone.
Killing Sellen, you will not get Lusat set and Azur set
