What to find underwater in GTA Vice City

If you walk underwater using the classic beach glitch, then you enter a world of weirdness where it can rain underwater, sharks can swim through you and fish are attached to cardboard! To trigger the walking underwater glitch, go to the location in the video, annoy a pedestrian with a punch and get them to drag you out of a vehicle over the water.
