After one of her best performances to date - breaking records in every discipline and clearing the finish line 5 minutes ahead of the next athlete, the title of 70.3 European Champion was well deserved! Lucy talks us through final training preparations in the Paincave through to post-finish line moments, with some insight into the importance of recovery between closely packed races, and what it takes to get the win in Ironman!
