IRONMAN Jacksonville launches its full-distance race with a run course that captures the spirit of Florida’s First Coast. After the swim in the St. Johns River and a flat, fast bike, athletes will tackle a three-loop marathon weaving through downtown, Riverside, and the riverfront — city running with character and great spectator support.

This run course features:
✅ Three loops through downtown and riverfront neighborhoods, including scenic Riverwalk stretches and skyline views
✅ Crossing the Main Street Bridge for panoramic St. Johns River vistas
✅ Mostly flat terrain with gentle rollers — rhythm and discipline win here
✅ Plenty of aid stations and crowd energy to keep you moving
