Declaration introduces new names into the C/C++ program
also informs the compiler the memory layout of the object or instance.
(but this is still not perfect because partial declaration
does not define memory layout.)

We usually put all declarations in the header .h file

Definition (1) Defines Memory Layout for an Instance' type
(2) and/or Reserves Memory for an Instance

When Definition defines Memory Layout for a type
we usually put that Memory Layout Definition in the header file.

When Definition reserves Memory for an instance
we usually put that Definition in source .c file
