What a week it has been!!!

I had the privilege of conducting an AI Workshop at the Penang Math Platform. This workshop was called AI Filmcraft 2024 and it was organized by the enthusiastic and honourable YB Connie Tan (ADUN Seri Delima).


The participants of this workshop were from various professional backgrounds and it was interesting to see their perspectives on this subject. Some were business owners, professionals, and even enthusiasts.


Key takeaways for the participants:

1. What is AI and Generative AI.
2. How AI is able to revolutionize various industries.
3. The power of AI in making many existing tasks more efficient, thus saving precious time which can be spent on other works.
4. How to leverage AI and AI tools to produce a short film from scratch.
5. Future of jobs in the AI Era.


Majority of the participants were amazed to be able to produce their first film/video from scratch leveraging AI technology.


As I had the opportunity to speak to some of the participants, I was satisfied to know that through my sharing and presentation, they gained the relevant knowledge and skills to reduce their existing expenses in their businesses and company operations respectively.


This has definitely solidified my belief that AI technology is going to mutate every industry and whoever tries to leverage and integrate AI quickly will be ahead of their competitors in the race to market dominance.


As I always said, AI is a great and powerful toolbox which can be used in any industry if implemented with a strategic roadmap.


A heartfelt gratitude to respectable YB Connie Tan and team who organized a marvelous initiative which is truly beneficial and productive for the community. I really hope many more programs like this will be organized by other YBs to bring more awareness of AI technology and it's significant impact to the people and the communities they represent.
