Caltrain's F40PHs - A Tribute

Since 1985, Caltrain's fleet of 20 F40PH locomotives have been the backbone of commuter rail service along the San Francisco Peninsula. As part of Caltrain's modernization and electrification program, these venerable units will be retired in favor of newer power. This video showcases some of my best clips of the 20 unit F40 fleet in action, mainly in the South Bay.
