No one wants to spend the whole day in the laundry room doing laundry! The IKEA Home Tour Squad has 5 quick and easy storage tips that will help you control the laundry room chaos, stay organized, and save precious minutes on each load that you do.

Start with something small – such as keeping jars nearby, like IKEA’s KORKEN clear glass jars with lids. These jars will come in handy when you need to store all the loose change you find in the laundry. They’re also great for storing clothespins and spare buttons. Next, the Squad recommends adding sturdy shelving in your laundry room to better organize detergents and other laundry supplies.
