You probably know the MIRA SF from driving across the Bay Bridge and looking at the SF skyline. It's the all white building that spirals. It's such a feat of architecture and very, very well known.

My name is Lauren Neuschel and I'm here with my colleague Yesenia Rogers. We love this building. We're standing in the lobby and it's one of our favorite lobbies in this area of town. It really gives off a Soho House vibe with the decor. It's beautiful. You'd definitely want to come down here with your coffee or your laptop and just spend time here.

This building was designed by Studio Gang a world renowned architect. They're very well known for their style, design and risk taking.

Yesenia, if someone wanted to buy in this building what are we talking about in terms of price point. That's a great question Lauren, but to your point it's a building that our buyers come to us and ask "What's in that really cool building?" It commands a really strong presence in the neighborhood, it's just really cool. But what can you buy here?

The inventory in the building spans 1 to 3 bedrooms. The 1 bedrooms start at $1,095,000. 2 bedrooms start at $1,550,000 and more than $3 million for those 2 bedrooms on higher floors with views. There are 3 bedrooms in the building however those are fewer and farther between. They start at around $4.6 million and command a higher price due to the views.

If you are interested in this building there are very few units left to be the first owner. However as units turn over inventory is ever changing.

We're excited to show you what life at the MIRA is like. Let's go check it out. I'm sitting in one of the MIRA residences and as we mentioned the residences range from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. The really unique thing about the design of this building is that each of the units has a bay-like window. Just like you see in most Victorians. Instead of the harsh lines of the windows it's more rounded and curved. It almost feels like you're stepping into the view and really living within the view of the home.

Right now I'm sitting in a particular collection called the Panoramic Collection. They're on higher up floors and they have more like 270 degree views. They're very prime. This particular residence has 2 bedrooms plus a den and a balcony overlooking the city.

Let's go check in with Yesenia who's going to give us a rundown of the amenities. The amenities at the MIRA really serve as an extension to your home. We're here in the lounge area where you'll find a sizable TV, a wet bar and a coffee espresso machine. You can use this area to host your next sports game event, watch a movie with the family or just have a cocktail hour with some friends.

These doors just behind me lead straight out to an outdoor roof deck where you'll find barbecue grills and outdoor fire pits. You have this really nice indoor-outdoor floor of entertainment.

You'll also find an amazing gym with high-end equipment. Really feels like an Equinox Gym in there. There's also a children's play area so if your nanny is off for the day you can come down with your kids. They can play while you get a good workout at the gym here.

The location of the MIRA is fantastic. It's just one block away from the water. You'll enjoy an easy walk to some of the best restaurants along the Embarcadero. You've got Prospect, which is just across the street. There's just so much to do here.

While the area is generally very walkable with so much going on, the immediate streets that hug the perimeter of the MIRA do feel a lot more quiet. You get the best of both worlds here.
