About the Project
IIT Gandhinagar set out to tell its story through the people who live it—students, faculty, and alumni. The goal was to capture the institute’s spirit not as an outsider’s narration, but as a lived experience.

Our Role
Filmlabs designed and produced a long-form film that goes beyond a traditional institutional profile. Through candid conversations and authentic voices, we brought forward the culture, values, and aspirations that define IITGN.

The Film
Instead of relying on scripted narration or voiceover, the film unfolds organically through first-hand accounts. Students share their journeys, faculty reflect on the institute’s vision, and alumni connect their experiences to the wider world. Together, these perspectives create a cinematic portrait of IIT Gandhinagar as a community of learning, innovation, and belonging.

Impact
The film has become a showcase of IITGN’s ethos—building pride within the community while offering prospective students, partners, and stakeholders a genuine glimpse into life at the institute.
