Down 9 lbs in 15 days using everyday movement, calorie reduction, and intermittent fasting. I live off grid in a small cabin, and I’m improving my health with slow, small changes that work for a woman over 50.This is a 20‑minute stretching session condensed into one minute. I’m holding each pose for several minutes. On day one these positions were really painful, but by day four they’re already getting easier, and I’m feeling the benefits in my daily activities. Stretching also boosts endorphins, so I finish in a great mood and actually look forward to the next session. It’s definitely preparing me to start my workout routine next week. And say hello to my charming kitty, Molasses - he loves to steal the spotlight.
