Chief Government Spokesperson, CORNELIUS MWEETWA says President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA swore to protect the constitution and will NOT abrogate it over the Barotseland issue.

Mr. MWEETWA observes that Zambia has been and will continue to be a unitary state.

Speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka today, Mr. MWEETWA who is also Information and Media Minister said that some political players want to take advantage of the matter to promote their divisive agenda to gain political mileage.
