I was recently asked what is my top five favorite peppers and I will have to say the Thai Dragon is among them. To me this pepper has the perfect mix of what I consider a Thai pepper with the heat and flavor. I have grown this for number of years and it has never failed to live up to my expectations. With hundreds of Thai varieties out there; to me this is king.
