Sometimes it is useful to know a result set's metadata BEFORE we actually execute a query in Snowflake, especially if we are doing some dynamic processing where the field selection changes each time a query runs. With the Snowflake Connector version 2.4.6 and later, you can use the describe() method, which will give you a lot of information about the results of an SQL statement before you actually run it to get results. Let's go!
