Part 2 of how I generate my pictures into lively video

Once I had the images, the next step was to animate them. Animation is all about movement, so I needed to bring these static AI-generated images to life. For this, I used software that allowed me to apply motion to specific features, like the eyes, and head movements.

I focused on subtle, realistic movements to make the animation feel natural. Using motion capture tools and keyframing, I animated facial expressions, giving the illusion that the actress was speaking, smiling, and reacting. These animations were layered over the AI-generated portraits to create a smooth transition between different frames.

These backgrounds were then blended with the animated actress, creating a seamless scene where she appeared to interact with the surroundings. AI allowed me to quickly generate multiple backgrounds with different lighting and perspectives, making the entire process much more efficient.
