The Virgin Princess Angel was one of the first female pioneers in ECW long with Lori/Peaches and Tigra helped lay the ground work for how women would be utilized in ECW. The Kendo stick shots, blading, talking bumps from male wrestlers, realistic catfights were all things that Angel reveled in during her short but ground laying stint in ECW.

In 1993 Angel competed in 2 single matches against a young Francine who had just entered the ECW House of Hardcore training school. Angel still has legit heat with Francine to this day and she has yet to say why. She has alluded to the fact that she feels Francine shades her in interviews by referring to Angel as "some girl". I could see how one could take offense at being dismissed after having helped lay the foundation for the Women of ECW.

To add fuel to the fire, Angel was the Original "Headcheerleader" for Shane Douglas back in 1994, until Francine was given the role by Paul Heyman. Further tension between Paul Heyman and Angel led to her parting ways with ECW in 1994. The racially ambiguous Angel who is of African American and European ancestry would go on to work in WEW as Tara Titanium, USWA where she wrestled Jacqueline (Miss Texas) and 3PW where she catfought Jasmine Sinclaire. A tough lady indeed and one of the true Original Women of ECW who is often overlooked or erased from the ECW legacy.

Lori/Peaches -Perhaps the first Lady of ECW. A pioneer in her own right, Lori competed in the actual first sanctioned Catfight for ECW at Ultra Clash 1993 where she faced the beautiful mulatto known as Tigra. The two ladies set the tone for the future Francine vs Beulah Mcgillicutty Catfight war that was all the rage of the 90's. Other accomplishments of Lori Fullington are being the first woman along with Woman to compete in a Singapore cane match in the United States. A risk taker in her own right and known to be a shooter. Just ask Missy Hyatt about the time Lori broke her arm with kendo stick during a catfight. Perhaps Lori's most transformative look was during her run as Raven's valet where she totally pulled off the grunge character and looked rather menacing in comparison to the other women in the locker room at the time. Years later she returned to ECW to help the Sandman in his war against Rhyno where she succumbed to being speared through a table and piledriven through a table onto the concrete floor. After the piledriver, Lori had to visit a chiropractor to mend her wounded neck. Lori has proven time and time again that she is a Queen of Extreme in her own right.
