East Vail Falls is a wonderful set of falls accessible after a very short hike. This is the bottom of East Vail Falls. This is the bottom of the falls and you can actually cross the stream close to here and climb higher. These falls are in a City-managed piece of land inside a private neighborhood. You have to park across the street from the neighborhood where there are limited parking spots. Then the falls are about a 10 minute walk from the parking area. This is just off I-70 and there is an exit right there. This is about a 2 hour drive from Denver. It looked as if you can hike up the hill to see more than we did, but we did not have the correct shoes on (it is slick and a little muddy most days). #naturalbeauty #waterfallhikes #waterfallhike #waterfallhiking #hiddengems #rightoffthehighway #shorthike
