CANNED BREAD:
1 cup warm milk
4 tsp yeast
2 egg
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup melted butter
5 cups flour

1. Gently whisk together the warm milk & yeast in a large mixing bowl, let sit for 5 mins.
2. Whisk in the egg, condensed milk, and butter until fully combined.
3. Add in the flour and knead the dough for ~10 mins until it’s soft & smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, around 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough, flatten each piece into a rectangle with your hands and roll it tightly into a log, pinching to seal the seam.
5. Place the dough in a greased can & let it rise again for 30 mins on its side, & another 30 mins upright.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until the top is golden brown. Let it cool completely, cutting off overflow needed.

JELLYFISH JELLY:
1 lb strawberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp lemon
2.5 tbsp pectin

1. Wash, cut, and blend the strawberries into smooth puree.
2. Pour into a pot along with sugar, lemon juice, & pectin. Dissolve everything over medium-high heat & bring to a boil, cooking for 3 minutes. Lower the heat to low & simmer until the mixture thickens, ~5 mins.
3. Pour into your jar and cool fully before using!

KRABBY PATTY:
buns (made from canned bread dough above)
impossible/beyond meat
canned tuna
toppings: ketchup, mustard, pickles, onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato

1. Bake the burger buns according to the directions above.
2. Mix a pinch of tuna into 4 oz of vegan meat to form the patties. Grill the patties to your liking, seasoning with sea salt on both sides.
3. Assemble the burger: bottom bun, patty, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, lettuce, cheese, tomato, top bun.

GRANDMA'S COOKIES:
1 cup salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
10.5 oz dark chocolate and flakey salt

1. Heat the butter in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until brown bits appear at the bottom, remove from the heat and cool slightly.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugars and pour over the melted butter, stirring just to combine. Whisk in the egg and vanilla until lightens in color.
4. Fold in the flour mixture along with the chocolate.
5. Roll 2.5 tbsp (1.5 oz cookie scoop) size balls of dough and chill for at least 2 hours.
6. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 6 minutes, bang on counter to deflate them. Bake for 2 more minutes, bang again. Repeat once more. The cookie should be crisp and set on the inside and just starting to get color in the middle.
7. Cool and sprinkle with salt.

KELP SHAKE:
1 cup frozen pineapples
1 cup frozen bananas
1 cup milk (optionally steeped with kombu)
1 shot of matcha (2 tsp matcha powder + 1/4 cup warm water)

KRUSTY KRAB PIZZA:
pizza dough (same as canned bread dough above)
8 sliced mushrooms, 7 vegan pepperonis, shredded cheese
1/4 chopped onion
2 diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp chopped pickles

1. Make the pizza sauce by caramelizing the onions in olive oil over medium heat. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients & cook until everything softens. Blend to get a smooth sauce.
2. Form the bread dough into a pizza crust, spread 2-3 tbsp of sauce on top, sprinkle a layer of cheese, place on the mushrooms and pepperoni.
3. Optionally, brush the outer crust with egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds to give a burger bun appearance.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for ~15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

TRIPLE GOOBERBERRY SUNRISE:
vanilla ice cream & chocolate fudge (recipes below)
candy: m&m & licorice/sour straws, bananas, cherries

vanilla ice cream:
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
vanilla paste
4 egg yolks

1. Mix egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanilla in pot until pale. Stir in cream and heavy cream, make sure everything is combined thoroughly.
2. Cook over medium heat until coats back of spoon.
3. Strain and cool in an icebath. Refridgerate for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Spin and freeze for at least 2 hours.

chocolate fudge (ganache):
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup warm heavy cream

1. Pour the cream over the chocolate, let sit for 5 mins. Stir vigorously until the chocolate fully melts & you're left with a velvety chocolate sauce. This will thicken up as it cools!
