A car driven by Inez Chotiner, 75, pulled out from Carol Drive onto Linglestown Road in front of a motorcycle driven by Kevin Keim, 64. The crash killed Keim and his passenger, Christina Swavola, 59. Police cited Chotiner with careless driving causing unintentional death and failing her duties at a stop sign in connection with the June 29, 2022 crash just before 4 p.m.
