Ingredients:

- 750g minced meat (beef or chicken)
- 1/2 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1-inch ginger, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- Oil for frying



Instructions:

1. Cook the Meat and Dal:
Combine minced meat, chana dal, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a pot. Add enough water to cover the mixture and cook until the meat is tender and the water evaporates.

2. Grind the Mixture:
Once cooled, grind the mixture into a smooth paste. Stir in the chopped coriander.

3. Shape the Kababs:
Form the mixture into flat, round patties.

4. Fry the Kababs:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

5. Serve:
Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup!
