Hey y'all! As promised...here's y'all another meal prep video! I even threw some ingredient prep in there too! Hope you find this video useful and you find some yummy things to add to your meal prep days!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

**IF YOU USE THE CONTAINERS I USED (THEY HAVE PAPER ON ONE SIDE OF THE LID), REMOVE THE TOP BEFORE BAKING AND USE FOIL TO COVER IF NEEDED**

SPAGHETTI: Thaw in fridge overnight. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and cook another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
BROCCOLI/RICE/CHICKEN: Thaw in fridge overnight. Bake at 350F for about 20 mins covered, then uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
ENCHILADAS: From frozen, bake covered at 350F for 45 minutes, then uncovered for another 10-15 minutes. If thawed, bake covered for about 25-30 minutes and then uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
TACO SOUP: Cook on low on the stove until heated through or you can cook (thawed) in the microwave until heated through.
BURRITOS: From frozen in microwave, remove plastic wrap, wrap in a damp paper towel and heat until heated through. I like to thaw overnight and then heat on the stove or in the air fryer until they're heated through.
GARLIC BREAD: Cook at 400F for about 5-8 minutes until they're toasty and the butter is completely melted.

CHICKEN:
Trim chicken and place in crockpot. Season to taste and add about 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cook on HI for 7-8 hours or on LO for 5-6 hours. Wait until cooled and then shred and separate into freezer bags.

SPAGHETTI:
1 pound spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
1-1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 onion, diced
1/2-1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings

Cook the spaghetti, drain and set aside. Cook the ground beef and onions, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, bring to a boil, turn to low and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, egg and parmesan cheese. Add garlic and onion powder and oregano to taste. Mix well. Place a little of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the pans. Equally divide the cooked spaghetti. Divide and spread the sour cream mixture. Add the spaghetti sauce. Top with mozzarella. See above for cooking instructions.
