I forgot to talk about XCT oil and bulletproof oil which are MCT oils but you pay more for the brand-name so check the label. Brain Octane Oil is ONLY caprylic acid C8 and therefore more ketogenic and slightly more expensive but I don't have any experience with it so can't recommend it at this time.
