Yes, moles can come in the eye, some of them appear as brown patches which can be seen in the new born child itself, it appears since birth and these patches may be associated of the patches with the skin also. These don't require intervention unless they effect the eye vision. But in the adults or young individuals does present with a mole that is suddenly appeared associated with growth it needs to be looked up suspiciously. Sometimes cancerous conditions can come appearing like a mole, hence even if it is a simple mole please get it examined or if the mole is present since birth has changed in its color, shape, size or location or its showing some other altered features it is very important to get it examined make sure its a simple mole.
