An epic free campsite at the edge of the Badlands, missile silos, and baby prairie dogs top this weeks episode of Far From Ordinary!

Hello from the Badlands! We've wanted to camp at this location since we started our time on the road back in the summer of '19. After two years we finally made it to Nomad View outside of Wall, SD. This has been the top location on Campendium for several years now, and for good reason! Beautiful views, and less than a minute from the entrance to Badlands National Park.

But this comes at a cost; people! So. Many. Boondockers. It was a holiday weekend so I'm sure that made it a bit worse. And the wind! It's definitely no joke here. But we had one good day of weather on our weekend stay here which made it worth it!

We also checked out the infamous Wall Drug, and got up close and personal with some wild prairie dogs!!!
