In this video, I share an honest HRT update as a trans woman, talking about switching from estrogen patches to injections, what my first injection experience was like, and the early physical and emotional changes I’ve noticed so far. I discuss increased nipple sensitivity, emotional changes on estrogen, softer hair, at-home laser hair removal progress, and changing medications to reduce testosterone while avoiding negative side effects. I also go into detail about my weight loss journey during transition, how stopping spironolactone affected my health, my current weight, and my plan to lose and then regain weight to support body fat redistribution on HRT.
