👉 Honey Syrup Recipe
3 Parts Honey
1 Part Warm water
(Stir warm water into honey until it has a syrup consistency. Let it come to room tempurature and store)

** If you use honey by itself, it can seize up when shaken in ice. Making a syrup allows the honey to properly mix into the cocktail.

RECIPE: Bees Knees

2oz | 60ml Gin
.75oz | 22.5ml Honey Syrup
.75oz | 22.5ml Lemon Juice
Add Ingredients to Shaker and shake for 8-10 Seconds.
Double Strain into the Stem glass of your choice

Garnish: Lemon Peel
