Thousands of Nepali workers going to the UAE are now being forced to re-attest their Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) at the UAE Embassy in Nepal by paying NPR 14,200 (360 AED).

This raises serious questions:
❓ Why is this fee being collected again when PCC is already verified and attested by the Government of Nepal?

❓ Is this additional attestation legally and practically necessary?

❓ Why should poor workers bear this extra financial burden?
