Homemade Chocolate

Ingredients :
Dark Compound : 200 gm
Milk Compound : 70 gm
White Compound : 100 gm
Roasted mix dry fruits : 2 tsp

Method :

1. In a vessel take boiling hot water and place another bowl over it. Add roughly cut dark and milk compound. Now melt them both until they become smooth and silky. Stir it continuously. Now melt white compound separately by following same procedure.
2. Pour both melted chocolate separately into the piping bags.
3. Now pour dark chocolate into the mould. Tap it 2-3 times. Add roasted mix dry fruits on top of that. Now pour white chocolate and tap it again. After that pour dark chocolate and tap it. Make small white chocolate dot over the dark chocolate layer.
4. With the help of toothpick you can make your own design. Now keep the chocolate mould in refrigerator for about 10 -15 minutes.
5. Get them out of the mould and your homemade chocolate is ready.

Note: Keep the chocolate mould always in freeze not in freezer to set the chocolate.
