Coming up Monday at 4pm EST on our latest Trade To Black podcast, host Shadd Dales will be joined by Matt Hawkins, the Founder and Managing Partner of Entourage Effect Capital.

Also, Michael Bronstein from the American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp will join us to talk about the latest developments in Pennsylvania involving the adult-use cannabis landscape.

There’s a growing wave of support for adult-use cannabis in Pennsylvania—70% of voters are on board, according to recent polls. But lawmakers are still sending mixed signals, even though Governor Shapiro appears ready to roll out the green carpet while some detractors claim there’s “no path forward.

Bronstein will explain: "This is a PA budget negotiation. The Republican Senate is going to raise the ante to get as much as they can. These budget hearings have had an incredible amount of marijuana discussion, which is why folks are taking it so seriously.”

We’ll find out how serious and whether or not adult use cannabis is still on track to pass later this year.
