GF Yellow Cake Recipe:
yield 3 9" rounds
1 C Butter, softened
1/2 C Shortening
3 C Sugar
5 Eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 C Gluten Free Flour Mix
1 C Buttermilk
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
