We’ve used 8-10 dry red chilly, 5-6 peppercorn, 3 cup diced coconut, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, shallots, ½ tsp turmeric, ¾ cup raw mango, water, 2 tbsp coconut oil, salt to taste, 8 pomfrets, 2 kokum.
