VATSIM VFR Circuit Tutorial in MSFS | JustFlight PA28 Arrow III - Full Tutorial and vPilot Setup

Описание к видео VATSIM VFR Circuit Tutorial in MSFS | JustFlight PA28 Arrow III - Full Tutorial and vPilot Setup

With some fantastic General Aviation aircraft like the JustFlight Piper PA28 Arrow III coming to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, and the rise in popularity of VATSIM (be sure to check my tutorial playlist to help you get started!), I wanted to record a full in-depth tutorial on how to fly a VFR Circuit on VATSIM.

We start on the Elmdon Apron at Macco Simulations EGBB Birmingham Airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator and we go through everything:
- How to Set the Aircraft Up for the Circuit
- How to Request Startup and Circuit Clearance
- Considerations depending on which airport we are at
- Review of the Charts
- Full Circuit Demonstration (with live weather)
- All the Radio Telephony from Start to Finish
- vPilot Flight Plan for VFR Circuits
- How to look for ATIS and METARs on vPilot
- Tuning for Audio ATIS

Hope you enjoy the video, it's quite comprehensive! I also hope you excuse the terrible takeoff and landing - as I point out in the video, my rudder sensitivities are a little off at the moment and the Piper PA28 in MSFS is VERY slippery and unstable on the runway in crosswinds as I show you!
