Fishing the Dansville Reservoir (Permit Required!)

I had a week off of work in early June this year, and I made sure to make the best use of it that I could with visiting fishing spots I normally wouldn't get to visit! The coolest of them by far was the Dansville Reservoir, a special fishing spot that requires a 2 dollar permit that is acquired at the Dansville Town Clerk's Office. It was a super easy process, and its good for an entire year just like a normal fishing license (which you still need on top of this permit). I lucked out and I got to experience the place completely alone, with only the occasional farm equipment heading by throughout the day. It is one of the most awesome hidden fisheries that are is in Western NY for sure!
