Meanwhile, Bubbles Champaign garden owner Thabiso Mathibedi says a lot of white-owned establishments make noise too. "There are white-owned establishments that play loud music. Two weeks ago, there was a festival that played [white people's] music loudly throughout the weekend," Mathibedi counters.
