Indeed, this pandemic has been very difficult for us. We have to adapt things that we are not used to, and aside from that, we have to surpass many challenges that have come and may come along our way. These challenges target many aspects of our lives and one of those is our mental health. This current situation we are in, somehow, leads us to overthink a lot and when we overthink, we sometimes question our worth. Many lives were shattered due to some circumstances which cause one to make him/her doubt his/her purpose.

This song from Mariah Carey entitled "Can't Take That Away" became the song of my life when I kept on asking myself if I am worthy... if I am capable. This song saved me in so many ways.
I am posting this video as me telling you to always believe and love yourself. We may fall, but we have to rise up and realize how blessed we are to breathe and live.
