I found that the Fresh Supply version runs a lot smoother, the original had hang ups here and there, especially during explosions. You can even see this in the posted video.
The controls are way better and configured for modern gamers. Also the visuals are way better. Subtle shadow enhancements and native monitor resolution. Well worth the $5 if you already own the original.
