My college buddy Ben, his oldest ( Cole) and Brother-in-law (Jordan) took on the keyhole route. We traversed the boulder field until Cole rolled his ankle on a rock. He chose to press on after some meds and time in the winter rock shelter. Next, we climbed through the keyhole on to the ledges, trough, narrows, and finally up the homestretch to the summit. The 7.5 miles back down is just as bad. If want a challenge, this Peak will give it to you.
