Ingredients to make besan ki burfi:
1/2 Cup Ghee
2 Cup Besan/Gram Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Chopped almonds, cashew, and pistachio to Garnish

How to make Besan Burfi recipe:
1. Heat ghee in a Pan. Roast Besan/gram flour in it till nice aroma arises and it changes its color to golden brown. Switch off the flame. Keep it aside.
2. Heat sugar and water in another pan. Cook till sugar syrup reaches 1 string consistency. Switch off the flame.
3. Add the sugar syrup to Besan mixture. Mix it well.
4. Transfer the prepared mixture to a greased plate/Tin.
5. Let the mixture sit for 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour cut the burfi in square pieces.
7. Besan Burfi is ready to serve
