This is a video showing how to replace Oil pump drive on Audi A6 2007, same will be for A4.
Similar is on other 2.0 TDI PD engines just can be even easier as engine seats other way.

Hopefully video helps to do it yourself or guide your mechanic to do it, as it is simple to do.
